About the Role

DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician eager to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. No healthcare experience required! The typical schedule is 36-40 hours, 3 days per week, with hours either M/W/F from 8am-1pm or T/T/S from 5:30am-3pm.

Position Details

• No dialysis experience necessary.
• Training may occur at various facilities or clinics.
• Potential to float to different clinics during and after training.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You Will Do

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments.
• Monitor patients, record stats, and operate hemodialysis machines, with exposure to blood and needles.
• Build long-term relationships and educate patients about their treatment.
• Work under the supervision of a registered nurse alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Minimum Requirements
