Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to support ESRD patients during dialysis, monitor vitals, cannulate when needed, and assist with machine setup.

You will combine technical skills with compassion to improve patient quality of life, working in a team that values integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Certified by BONENT, NNCC, NNCO or state‑approved certification is required for experienced PCTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to ESRD patients during dialysis.
• Monitor and record patient stats before, during, and after treatment; assist with cannulation and machine setup.
• Observe patients and ensure safety and comfort during procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Our Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as END Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a PCT you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Our Patient Care Technicians have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.

Work Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or other state‑approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Salary Range

• $20 – $28 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
• We plan to accept applications until 10-10-2026.
