4. Report findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff and document necessary records.
5. Maintain patient rooms and medical equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted).
• High School diploma or equivalency OR 1 year of relevant experience.
• Professional licensure/certification can substitute for education or experience if applicable.
