Responsibilities

• Communicates with and supports the interprofessional team, patient, family and designated care partners.
• Performs direct and indirect patient care activities under the supervision of licensed clinicians.
• Maintains a safe patient care environment and adheres to care protocols.
• Assists with supplies and equipment to ensure efficient unit operations.
• Conducts patient rounds, anticipates needs, and responds promptly to call lights.
• May serve as a virtual safety associate when needed, and support telehealth encounters.
