Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care assistance, including ADLs, mobility, hygiene, safety, and comfort.
• Assist licensed nursing staff with delegated patient care activities according to established clinical protocols; observe patient condition and report changes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to patient care activities.
• Support patient safety, infection prevention, and environmental cleanliness standards.
• Respond to emergency situations and follow escalation procedures.
• Prioritize assigned tasks and use resources effectively in a high-acuity clinical environment.

The Patient Care Technician practice in alignment with organizational values, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Assist licensed nursing staff with delegated patient care activities according to established clinical protocols. Observe patient condition and promptly report changes or concerns to licensed nursing staff.
