Job summary

USPI Presbyterian Rust Surgery Center, part of United Surgical Partners International, Inc, is hiring a Patient Care Tech/MA for Pre-Anesthesia Testing in a fast-paced ASC setting. You will assist with linens, ambulation, and transport, document vitals, and help during examinations and procedures.

The role emphasizes efficient, high-quality patient care and collaboration with clinicians to support smooth surgical and procedural workflows.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Current CPR or BLS. CNA, MA or other certifications preferred.
• Demonstrates necessary clinical competency.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care by assisting patients with changing linens, ambulation, and transport.
• Maintains a clean and orderly patient care environment.
• Assists during patient examinations and procedures.
• Obtains and records patient vital signs, provides nutritional intake and reports results and observations.
• Demonstrates the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical and/or procedural services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

Education

High school graduate or equivalent
