Texas Health Alliance in Fort Worth is seeking a Patient Care Tech (PCT) for the Med Surg Unit. This full-time day-shift role (7a–7p) offers growth opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and a fast-paced, teaching environment that supports work-life balance.

You will assist with daily living activities, collect patient data, document care, and collaborate with nurses to provide safe, high-quality patient care across admissions, transfers, and discharges at our 151-bed facility serving North Fort

• Ability to collect patient data and report significant findings to nurse.
• Accurate documentation of care and activities.

Responsibilities

• Collects patient data, identifies and reports significant findings to nurse.
• Assists in admission/transfer/discharge.
• Provides and revises activities of daily living based on patient/family preferences.
• Performs technical procedures safely and proficiently.
• Takes action to reduce or eliminate patient risk.
• Enters orders into computer or manual system if applicable.
• Documents accurately and appropriately.
• Adapts care in collaboration with the nurse reflecting patient population and beliefs.
• Keeps patient environment clean and safe.
• Anticipates patient/family needs and rounds as appropriate.

Work hours:

Full Time, Day Shift (7a to 7p), 3 shifts, 36 hours per week.Great growth opportunity and complete benefits available.

What You Will Do
