Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Nursing Assistant position in Phoenix, AZ to provide individualized patient care under supervision. You will assist licensed nurses with tasks of lower complexity and participate in shift and bedside reports to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes strong patient interaction, adherence to infection control practices, and reliable communication with health care team members. High school diploma or CNA/PCA/PCT certification and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED or a valid CNA or PCA/PCT Certificate.
• EKG training in selected units.
• CPR certification.

Minimum Requirements:

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience: One year of experience as a nursing assistant in an acute care setting.
• Certifications/Licensure: CNA/LNA from the Arizona State Board of Nursing
