Clinical Tech

Full Time – rotating – 36 hours

Qualified PCTs, take your career to the next level with Johns Hopkins Medicine. We are seeking PCTs with inpatient/hospital experience to work at Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Minimum requirements include:

• High school diploma
• A Maryland CNA License
• At least 1 year of hospital-based experience in the last 2 years
• Proficient in phlebotomy, starting IVs, EKG

About the Cardiac Care Unit

The Johns Hopkins Hospital's Cardiac Care Unit is a 12-bed Intensive Care Unit caring for patients with acute myocardial infarction and complications such as cardiogenic shock, post-infarction angina, and congestive heart failure. We also care for critically ill patients with severe cardiomyopathies, valvular heart disease, and life-threatening arrhythmias. Patients post-CABG, valve replacements, transplants, and LVAD placements are transferred to the CVSICU (Surgical ICU) for recovery.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Maryland
• 1 year of recent acute care hospital tech experience (EMT or CRT experience may be considered)
• BLS CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted)

Salary Range: Minimum $17.37/hour - Maximum $26.13/hour. Compensation will be based on experience and role scope.
