The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of acute patient care experience, and BCLS certification at hire. CNA and PCT program certifications are preferred.

• BCLS - Basic Life Support upon hire required.
• CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Certification from a Patient Care Technician program preferred.

Overview:

This position is located at our Augusta facility. The schedule is three 12-hour shifts per week, 7 pm - 7 am, including rotations of holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities:

The Patient Care Tech, under the supervision of licensed clinical staff, provides care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, demonstrating competency with treatments, procedures and equipment appropriate to the clinical setting and hospital policy. Qualifications:

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Diploma Required

Work Experience

• 1 year of acute patient care experience in a facility managing a multiple-patient load required

Licenses and Certifications
