Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) training.

• Healthcare student experience or CNA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff and physicians in patient care and non-patient care activities.
• Support housekeeping, supply and equipment maintenance tasks.
• Provide safe, quality patient care as delegated by the Registered Nurse.

As a patient care tech at MercyOne, you will participate in the provision of safe, quality patient care as delegated by the Registered Nurse through support of standards and philosophies of Genesis Medical Center. Provides assistance to nursing staff and physicians in various patient care and non-patient care activities. Performs tasks in a caring and efficient manner that supports customer service and assists with department related housekeeping, and supply/equipment/facility maintenance tasks.

Department: Medical Telemetry Surgical

Schedule: Part time .6 (24 hours per week)

3rd Shift (11pm - 7:30am)

Pay Range: $16.06 - $23.29 per hour
