Job summary

MultiCare Covington Medical Center in Covington, WA, is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support nursing care, patient transport, and clerical tasks within a dynamic hospital setting. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant-Registered Certification eligible; must obtain MA-R within 60 days of hire.
• Nursing Assistant Certification/Licensure required or preferred.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• MA-P credential may be accepted in lieu of MA-R.

Responsibilities

• Perform a dynamic range of duties and functions throughout the hospital.
• Assist in basic nursing care, transportation of patients, and clerical functions.
• Apply your strong interpersonal skills when providing care for patients across diverse groups.
• Collaborate with health care practitioners for comprehensive quality care.
