Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Northside is seeking a Patient Care Tech for Med Surg 1, PRN, to join the Columbus Northside team. You will support licensed staff, assist with basic patient care, and respond to patient needs in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role emphasizes safety, competency with treatments and equipment, and adherence to hospital policy. Ideal candidates may have a GED/H.S. diploma, BCLS certification, and CNA or PCT program training; no experience required but 1 year preferred.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED preferred.
• No experience required; 1 year of patient care experience preferred.
• BCLS certification required upon hire.
• CNA preferred; Patient Care Technician program certification preferred.
