Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year work experience in a .6fte PCT I position at MUSC CHS or 1 year of patient care work experience in a health care facility
• College degree, or active enrollment in nursing school with completion of Nursing Fundamentals from an accredited institution
• Active enrollment in a healthcare related field from an accredited institution
• Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant, or equivalent training

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Directs and leads other team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide patient-centered care
• Maintain safe, therapeutic environment and uphold privacy and professional behavior
