Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists the nurse with patient admissions, discharges, transfers, pre and post-op care.
• Provide personal care (hygiene, ambulation, ADLs) as assigned.
• Performs routine treatments and specimen collections; document changes in condition.
• Document interventions in EMR.
• Assist patients at meal times and with nourishments.
• Make rounds and respond to call lights and requests.
