Johns Hopkins Medicine’s Ambulatory Oncology Infusion Clinics are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patients receiving chemotherapy and related therapies. You will assist RNs and participate in patient care activities in the Viragh Building.
The role requires Maryland CNA certification, a high school diploma, and at least one year of clinical experience; BLS CPR is required. Johns Hopkins offers a competitive benefits package and growth opportunities.
The Ambulatory Oncology Infusion Clinicsprovides both standard of care and research chemotherapy/immunotherapy, supportive care infusions, and clinical interventions for hematologic and solid tumor malignancies. Other performance and patient outcome services include nurse telephone triage, discharge planning, care coordination, ambulatory clinical evaluation, and advanced drug preparation. Registered Nurses (RNs) care for patients with solid tumor diagnosis in the Viragh Building and patients with hematologic malignancies in the Weinberg Building.
