Baptist Health Arkansas in Little Rock seeks a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to assist patients and families with basic care, monitoring, hygiene, and comfort, as a key member of the care team.

The primary function of the PCT is to assist the patient and family with basic patient care, monitoring, hygiene, and to help ensure care is complete. The PCT works as an essential part of the patient care team. As the member who spends most of their time in the presence of the patient, compassion, caring, and excellent human interaction skills are necessary along with excellent communication skills both to and from the patient and family, and to and from the rest of the healthcare team.
This job will be authorized72.00 hours bi-weekly.
