Trustpoint Rehabilitation Hospital of Lubbock, part of Ernest Health, is hiring a CNA/PCT to provide direct bedside care under registered nurse supervision in a 93-bed inpatient rehab setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient condition, and help maintain a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

The role requires CPR and CNA certification where required by state; prior hospital experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or equivalent required by state where applicable.
• Experience as a CNA or Patient Care Technician preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• One year hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct bedside care under registered nurse supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living and monitor patient status.
• Support patient comfort, safety, and dignity in a rehabilitative setting.
