Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Technician to deliver patient-centered care under supervision of licensed clinicians. You will support treatments, procedures, and equipment within hospital policy, spanning from birth to adulthood.

Preferred candidates have a GED, 1 year of patient care experience, and certifications such as BCLS or CNA, or completion of a Patient Care Technician program.

Formación

• H.S. Diploma or GED preferred.
• No experience required; 1 year of patient care experience preferred.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support upon Hire required.
• CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Certification from a Patient Care Technician program preferred.

Responsabilidades

• The Patient Care Tech, under supervision of licensed clinical staff, provides care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, demonstrating competency with treatments, procedures and equipment.

Educación

H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Preferred

BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Preferred

Certification from a Patient Care Technician program Preferred
