Job summary

Duly Health Lombard is seeking a patient care technician to assist with routine patient care and prepare post-operative kits on-site in Lombard, IL. The role includes directing patients and doctors to rooms and ensuring instruments are sterilized and supplies maintained.

Qualifications include a patient care tech program graduate, six months of related experience, and current BLS/American Heart Association certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Patient care tech program preferred and at least six months prior related experience in assisting with care of patients.
• Current American Heart Assn. certification.
• BLS certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Assist medical staff with patient care and direct doctors and patients to appropriate rooms.
• Unbagging and bagging equipment and preparing post op kits.
• Set up patients for required testing and keep instruments sterilized.
• Maintain adequate supplies and keep front and back waiting rooms in order.
