• BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course according to RQI program guidelines and all requiredEmergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Healthcare Provider courses will be provided during new hire orientation or upon transfer, and must be completed prior to working in a clinical setting. Must successfully complete "Handle withCare" within 6 months of hire/transfer, and annually thereafter.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of thepatients served on the assigned unit/department and reports patient welfare, safety and security to RN.
