Job summary

• Assists with admissions by taking vitals, obtaining weights, and placing patients in gown.
• Repositions patients every two hours and ambulates as needed.
• Assists with meals and feeding when patients cannot feed themselves.
• Documents intake/output and enters orders into the EMR; reports to licensed personnel.
• Transports patients as needed and helps keep department tidy and stocked.
