Job summary

BayCare invites you to join Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater as a Patient Care Tech / CNA. The position offers full-time hours with three twelve-hour shifts per week and every other weekend, in a dynamic hospital setting focused on compassionate patient care and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Direct patient care support under supervision of a nurse
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) required
• Minimum of one year CNA experience in skilled nursing; or 6 months PCT/CNA in hospital
• Ability to work full-time three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
• Assists the nursing staff in the delivery of patient care as directed by the RN
