Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a direct patient care environment.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of the licensed nurse, performing tasks within validated competencies.
• Obtain and record patient information, including vitals, admissions data, and other policy-defined metrics.
• Perform patient rounds and promptly report changes in patient condition to the nurse.
• Respond to call lights and address patient and family needs in a respectful, timely manner.
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, and basic clinical procedures; support safe patient handling.
