Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• One year of patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient assessments and data collection.
• Support mobility, feeding, hygiene, and comfort needs.
• Document vital signs and treatments in EMR promptly.
• Communicate changes to the primary nurse and care team.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient intake.
• Reinforce patient education provided by licensed staff.
• Respond to call lights and safety alarms.
• Remain with patient in sitter role when required.
• Serve as clerical resource for unit staff when acting as Unit Secretary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
