Tenet Healthcare seeks a CNA to support patient care under the direction of the Nurse. The role includes taking vitals, recording I/Os, and assisting licensed staff across patient ages from infant to geriatric.

You will float to other units as needed and support clerical functions for the unit. Responsibilities include accurate order transcription, collaboration with the health care team, and ensuring quality care per established standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of CNA course required.
• Experience in patient care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Check and document vital signs and I/Os.
• Provide patient care and assist licensed staff as directed.
• Transcribe orders accurately and coordinate patient services.
• Float to other nursing units as needed.
• Perform clerical and public relations tasks for the unit.
