Job summary

Hartford HealthCare's Backus Hospital in Norwich, CT is seeking a Patient Care Tech to support direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Nurse Leader. The shift is 7am–3:30pm, with on-site orientation and training to ensure a safe, efficient care environment.

In this role you will contribute to a positive patient experience, participate in a high-activity workflow, and have opportunities for advancement through the clinical ladder based on experience, skills, and certification.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-site training provided.
• Must complete PCT orientation and obtain BLS credential within 60 days.
• Preferred CNA, CPCT/A, EMT or CMA for advancement in the PCT ladder.

Responsibilities
