Job summary

Qualifications

• Performs assigned patient care under supervision of RN/LPN.
• Responds to patient calls and supports safety and comfort.
• Assists with activities of daily living and basic bedside procedures.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care and treatments as delegated by nursing staff.
• Assists with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily activities.
• Maintains patient environment, notes changes, and reports to nurse.
• Sets up equipment and supports patient routines during shifts.
