Employee may be required to float to the other facility within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided. The Patient Care Technician provides direct patient care and essential clinical support to the PACU team. This role assists with monitoring vital signs, observing cardiac rhythms, patient transport, safety measures, and comfort during the recovery phase. The PCT documents care accurately in the electronic medical record, recognizes and reports changes in patient condition, and supports emergency response as needed.
