Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our collaborative nursing care team. You will deliver hands-on care, assist with patient preparation and mobility, and help create a safe, welcoming environment that supports comfort, dignity, and connection for patients.

Responsibilities include assisting with procedures, maintaining clean and stocked patient areas, and ensuring safety and quality through infection control and compassionate communication with patients

Qualifications

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support required
  • Active TX CNA license required

  • Providing non-medicated care like dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices
  • Keeping patient areas, operating rooms, and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency
  • Managing supplies, equipment, and environmental logs to keep the team ready and protect patients through infection control
  • Communicating kindly with patients, families, and the care team while promoting safety and quality efforts

Your responsibilities will include:

What qualifications you will need:
