Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years PCA experience.
• 1 year Kids Express experience preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service and patient rounding experience required.
• CPR American Red Cross BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• Registration and point-of-care lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supply management for designated locations.
• Assist with training and support for other techs or PCAs.
• Support providers in patient care activities.
• Conduct patient rounding and support patient experience.
• Participate in quality processes and business meetings.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
• Collaborate with Dayton’s leaders to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure supplies are maintained based on census needs.
• Maintain competency in registration and lab processes.
