This on-site role oversees day-to-day operations during the shift, ensures high-quality patient care, coordinates staffing and patient flow, and liaises with nursing staff, physicians, and other providers.

Requirements include a BSN or higher, at least two years of nursing in an acute care setting, and one year of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• A BSN or higher degree is required.
• 2+ years of nursing in an acute care facility are required.
• 1 year of nursing leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities
