Job summary

Aurora Medical Group (AMG) in Wisconsin seeks a Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse for our ambulatory care team at Bay Settlement Family Medicine. The role supports providers, records vitals, and prepares patients for exams and procedures to ensure a compassionate experience.

Schedule: Mon 8:00am–4:30pm, Tue–Thu 8:00am–12:00pm, Fri off. Pay range listed; compensation varies by credentials and experience; benefits eligible in this role.

Qualifications

• LPN license required or MA program completion with related clinical training.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required within 45 days where applicable.
• GED or HS equivalency Diploma accepted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Perform lab tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
• Document care in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with physicians and teammates to deliver coordinated care.
