Qualifications

• Customer service related experience.
• 6 months office experience, medical office; recent experience in the medical field.
• 6 months Electronic Medical Record / Practice Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients and coordinate appointments.
• Obtain necessary documentation for patient visits.
• Coordinate aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform prior authorizations when necessary.
