You will verify insurance information, prepare patients for visits, and serve as the primary contact for inquiries, while supporting administrative functions and data quality initiatives within Population Health.

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Preferred clerical duties, not required.
• Preferred experience with electronic health record system, not required.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient patient flow.
• Prepare patients for visits, including verifying health insurance information and related forms.
• Provide pre-appointment instructions to ensure patients are prepared.
• Serve as the main point of contact for patients and address inquiries.
• Maintain and update patient records with accurate information.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information per regulations.
• Assist with managing electronic records systems and data accessibility for providers.
• Participate in quality assurance to improve clinic operations and patient care.
• Collaborate with clinic providers and staff to improve data quality, collection, analysis, and reporting.
