Job summary

ARMC Healthcare System is seeking a Patient Care Nursing Assistant (PCNA) at Ashtabula Regional Medical Center, Nursing 2 South. This full-time role on the 3rd shift (6:30 PM–7:00 AM) requires a compassionate, energetic individual to provide high-quality patient care under licensed staff supervision.

Responsibilities include ADLs, vitals, feeding, and other direct patient care duties. Eligibility includes a High School diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• At least 1 year of direct customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs and direct patient care tasks under supervision.
• Record vitals and monitor patient conditions.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and mouth care.
• Provide compassionate support in a fast-paced environment under licensed staff supervision.
