Bi-weekly Hours: 64.00
Shifts: two 3p-11p shifts each week (Required) / 11p-7a / 7a-3p; Rotating Weekends & Holidays

All Acute Care Adult Specialty units offer enhanced technology to assist with nursing care, including patient lifts, hands-free communication, virtual whiteboards, and telemetry monitoring capability.

Telemetry
Acute Medical
Primary skills utilized/learned:
Cardiac Monitoring (EKG’S)
Blood glucose monitoring, Bladder scans, taking vital signs
Intake and Output & ADL’s
Personnel RN will work with:
LPNs, Registered Nurses, Nurse Interns, Providers

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam.
Ability to work in a team environment while demonstrating good judgment, flexibility, initiative, and effectively problem-solving skills.
Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
Registered in good standing as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) with the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Nurse Aide Registry (NOTE: Maintaining ODH Registry status as a STNA is optional after employment in this position).
1 year of experience as a Patient Care Nurse Assistant in a hospital.
