Oula is seeking a Patient Care Navigator to be the patient’s main contact from the first OB/GYN visit through postpartum. You will coordinate tests, referrals and visits on-site with our team of midwives, OBs, medical assistants and front desk, ensuring every step happens on time.
You’ll track patients through pregnancy, follow up on abnormal results and messages, and help hand off care at graduation. This role is full-time and on-site at our Charlotte clinics.
Oula delivers maternity care built around our patients—offering comprehensive support before, during, and after pregnancy. With fewer C-sections and higher VBAC success rates, our research-backed approach is delivering better outcomes. Our team of trusted midwives, OBGYNs, and dedicated care navigators ensure our patients get the type of care they need in the moments that matter most.
Since launching in 2021, we’ve expanded our services to include Preconception and Miscarriage Care, Pregnancy Care, Postpartum Support, and Gynecology. Today, we serve patients across six clinics in three states, with continued expansion planned for 2027 and beyond. Join our team of clinicians, innovators, operators, and technologists who are passionate about setting a new standard in maternity care.
As a Patient Care Navigator, you are the patient's point of contact between visits. You follow OB patients from their first visit through postpartum, making sure every test, scan, referral and visit happens on time. For GYN patients, you close the loop on results, referrals, procedures and positive pregnancy tests. You work on site alongside our midwives, OBs, medical assistants and front desk, and you are measured on whether patients make it to each next step.
Schedule: Full-time, fully on site.
Employment type: Full-time
You do not give medical advice, assess symptoms, or share or interpret results. You recognize when something is clinical and route it to the right clinician, every time.
