Job summary

Caring Hospice Services is seeking a Hospice Nurse Clinical Manager (Patient Care Manager) to lead our compassionate hospice team and guide patient-centered care on the road. This leadership role is ideal for an RN who combines clinical expertise with a heart for supporting patients and families through a meaningful transition.

You will supervise interdisciplinary clinical staff, ensure high-quality, individualized care, educate families, and uphold accreditation standards while advancing

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state-specific).
• RN BSN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, or 3 years with hospice/home health or clinical leadership.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of hospice philosophy and best practices.
• Ability to support staff and families with empathy and professionalism.
