Job summary

Caring-Hospice-Services is seeking a Hospice Nurse Clinical Manager (Patient Care Manager) to lead and support our clinical team, ensuring compassionate, high-quality patient care and guidance for families through one of life's meaningful transitions.

This RN leadership role requires state RN license (New Jersey), BSN preferred, and at least 5 years of nursing experience (or 3 years in hospice/home health or clinical leadership).

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state-specific) – New Jersey.
• RN BSN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, or 3 years with hospice plus home health, or clinical leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of hospice philosophy and best practices.
• Ability to support staff and families with empathy and professionalism.

About the Role

As our Hospice Nurse Clinical Manager, you will guide and support our clinical staff, ensure high‑quality patient care, and help uphold the values that define our organization.
