Position Description: Patient Care Leader - RN

1. Leading the practice of nursing and manages care on the patient care unit.
2. RN is proficient in the delivery of complex nursing care and continuously promotes quality care assuming a broad level of accountability for outcomes.
3. Providing 24/7 accountability care for assigned patients.
4. Promoting evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.

1. BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
2. RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
3. ACLS Certification, if required by department
4. Nurse Specialty certification is preferred
