The role is full-time, requires multitasking, and you will greet patients, answer phones, schedule, collect payments, and assist with passive therapies as trained. Evening and some Saturdays required; permanent position with benefits.

• Experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients; answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Collect payments and manage front desk duties with energy and enthusiasm.
• Support patients with passive therapies as trained (E-stim, massage bed, cold laser).
• Maintain a welcoming office presence and coordinate with the clinic team.
