Location: Scottsdale, AZ (located specifically in North Scottsdale, at East Bell Road and the 101)
Compensation: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 (depending on experience) plus commission
Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401K)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Job Purpose: To educate potential patients over the phone on the unique values and services of our medical clinic while providing them support and guidance in a compassionate manner.

Job Description: Patient Care Educator needed in North Scottsdale
Position Overview:
Envita Medical Center is seeking a Patient Care Educator (PCE) to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in supporting prospective patients as they begin their journey toward integrative, personalized care. You will engage with individuals over the phone who have expressed interest in our services, educating them on our unique approach to treating complex and chronic conditions, including late-stage cancer and Lyme disease.
As a Patient Care Educator, you will serve as the first point of compassionate contact, guiding patients through the initial stages of care with empathy, professionalism, and purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted liaison for prospective patients, delivering detailed information about Envita’s services and treatment philosophy.
Manage high-volume inbound and outbound phone communication with professionalism and care.
Build meaningful, supportive relationships with individuals facing serious health conditions.
Listen actively to patient concerns and needs while providing clear, informed, and compassionate guidance.
Maintain accurate records of patient communications using internal systems.
Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Demonstrate a consistent commitment to patient service excellence and ethical responsibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field required.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone.
Previous customer service or patient-facing experience required.
Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex medical information.
High degree of emotional intelligence and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer proficiency and comfort using digital tools.
Passion for health, wellness, and making a difference in patients’ lives.
Medical or healthcare background is strongly preferred.
The PCE position is currently remote but may require occasional on-site presence.
Final offer of employment may be contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
