As Patient Care Director - ICU, you will oversee daily operations of a 20-bed ICU unit, ensuring high-quality, compassionate patient care for a diverse patient population. You will engage, mentor, supervise, and evaluate a collaborative team, inspiring professional growth. Develop and manage budgets and implement process improvements to enhance patient experience. Lead initiatives to improve quality and performance.

Preferred Criteria: ED department experience

Required Criteria:

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing
  • Current NYS RN licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • At least 5 years of acute care experience (ICU/SDU), with 2 years of progressive leadership experience
  • Strong emotional intelligence, communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills

Certification in BCLS through AHA
