What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contact patients regarding the delivery of equipment and take patient orders
- Verify patient information and accurately transcribe patient profiles over the telephone
- Process patient orders through the online pharmacy system
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues based on patient feedback regarding orders
- Ensure orders are complete and perform other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
- Strong customer service background
- Valid driver's license in the state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related service environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in a call center environment
