Qualifications

• 1 year recent geriatric setting or acute care hospital experience preferred.
• 1 year experience as unit clerk/secretary preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with interprofessional team to deliver quality patient care under licensed nurse guidance.
• Acts as unit communication coordinator; manages medical records and data entry.
• Manages equipment, supplies, and departmental resources to support care delivery.
• Ensures accurate documentation and timely completion of forms and messages.
