Job summary

Qualifications

• EMT or Medical Assistant diploma required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient messages and calls; manage scheduling.
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment per protocol.
• Assist with patient assessments and treatments under supervision.
• Document vital signs, histories, and screening information.
• Support Telehealth connectivity and ensure smooth patient flow.
