Job summary

BJC Outpatient Imaging is seeking a highly motivated, compassionate Patient Coordinator I for PRN coverage at our Sunset Hills outpatient imaging center. You will support the team by covering PTO and other scheduling needs, interacting with patients and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include patient check-in, scheduling, and coordinating with the imaging team. This role offers flexible daytime/evening shifts and occasional half-day Saturdays, with a focus on high-quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficiency with computer applications and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming, registering and coordinating patients.
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Maintaining inventory and medical records.
• Training/supervising Business Office team members.
