Curant Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in St Petersburg, FL.

Responsibilities

With your passion for helping patients, your drive to make an impact, and your commitment to customer service, you will serve as the primary link between our patients, physicians, and pharmacy. Your responsibilities include:

• Building relationships and providing excellent customer service to your assigned pharmacy patients, meeting their healthcare needs and goals.
• Communicating clearly and effectively in person and over the phone with patients, doctors, hospitals, pharmacists, and staff.
• Using our pharmacy software accurately to document patient notes, verify insurance, and maintain healthcare records.
• Working and growing in a collaborative, family-like atmosphere where you are valued.

Qualifications

• Currently registered as a Pharmacy Technician in Georgia.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to transcribe information and data accurately.
• Two years of relevant pharmacy work experience preferred.
• Experience handling pharmacy insurance rejections and billing preferred.
• Experience in a retail pharmacy environment preferred.
