BenchMark Physical Therapy in Aiken, SC is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support clinic growth and patient intake processes. The PCC-I will collaborate with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient clinic procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, maintain organizational detail, meet deadlines, and work with little supervision.
• As a team member, possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Schedule referrals received by fax or telephone from patients and physician offices.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Maintain an orderly and organized front office workspace.
• Other duties as assigned.
